• Stock hotline for cafeteria service
• Complete daily production reports
• After service responsible for area clean up
• Make sure proper labeling is complete
• Additional duties may be requested as needed
• Other duties as needed

Do you have the requirements for Food Service | General Labor positions?

• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of large quantity and batch cooking
• Excellent customer service skills
• General understanding of food preparation
• Ability to interpret recipes
• Understanding of kitchen tools and equipment
• Serve Safe Certification preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to be on feet for an extended period
