Details for Payroll Clerk | Clerical position:

• $17 / Hour
• Monday-Thursday | 8am-5pm
• Friday | 8am-4pm
• Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
• Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service
• 40 hours per week
• Skills testing will be done prior to placement

Key Duties for Payroll Clerk | Clerical position:

• Audit timekeeping records and consult management about discrepancies
• Export payroll data into ADP system and verify all totals prior to submission
• Input child support deductions into ADP system
• Audit daily sales reports for 5 locations and input data into AS400
• General filing
• Process insurance enrollments
• Other duties as needed

Special Skills & Knowledge Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year related work experience
• Prior experience in payroll and insurance
• Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Must be a team player
• Excellent data entry skills
• Ability to operate a 10 key calculator
