Key duties and details for Machine Operator | Extrusion:

• Efficient operation of all plant extruders, down streams, pullers, saw and other associated extrusion equipment
• The normal and emergency operating procedures for extrusion lines and associated equipment
• Periodic inspections, writing work orders, perform adjustments, and maintain proper documentation
• Fill, empty, and monitor material dryers
• Operate rework lines
• Complete all documentations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Machine Operator | Extrusion:

• One year of experience in the plastics extrusion field
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Pass mechanical aptitude test
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in extreme temperatures
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, climb and stand for long periods of time
