Details for QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional)| Direct Support Professional positions:

• Conducting assessments, quality assurance, and the admissions process 
• Perform service coordinating and assessments of adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities 
• Conducting intake and exit interviews
• Complete the DSP (Direct Support Professional) Supervisory training
• Assist with developing and presenting the employee's monthly meetings
• Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Maintain case management records

Do you have the Skills and Knowledge needed for this position?

• Required to have BS or BA Degree
• Requires knowledge of the DBHDS, Human Rights and DMAS Regulations
• Supervisory skills 
• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist
