Key duties and details for Senior Staff Accountant:

• Reconcile payments, deposits and SAP accounts to bank
• Enter OEM/component delivery notes and process invoices
• Extract sales and backlog information and format reports
• Enter recurring journal entries into SAP
• Extract open AR/AP and format aging, maintain fixed assets register and assist management while auditors are onsite
• Assist with physical inventory count and report formatting
• Salary: $70k-$75k/hr
• Direct-Hire

Qualifications for Senior Staff Accountant:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Must have minimum 5 years' experience
• Proficient to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Tools (particularly Excel)
• Exposure to ERP systems - SAP would be a plus
• Ability to communicate with internal business partners as well as customers and suppliers
• Time management skills
• Account Reconciliation
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
