 **All our lifeguard positions require that you are an American Red Cross-certified lifeguard, a certification which must be renewed every two years. Not certified? No problem! Let us know you’re interested in earning your certification, and we’ll do what we can to arrange a training class**

 Key duties and details for Lifeguard | Head Lifeguard:

• Mans a lifeguard station in order to maintain the safety of all patrons
• Monitors activities at the pool to prevent accidents
• Practices preventative lifeguard measures and performs water rescues
• Administers First Aid/ CPR/AED as necessary
• Pay rate: $10-$11.50/hr

 Qualifications for Lifeguard | Head Lifeguard:

• All applicants must be 15 years of age or older
• Knowledge of general aquatic operating policies and procedures
• Knowledge of modern first aid and water safety techniques
• Ability to effectively respond in the event of an emergency
• Current Red Cross Certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED and First Aid
