Key duties and details for Sales Manager:

• Conduct client site visits, submit detailed bids, and manage client relationships
• Deploy strategies to meet monthly sales targets
• Prepare contact and invoice for the client
• Responsible for matching materials for repairs and selecting materials for new construction
• Salary: $50k - $50k per year, plus 3.5% commission
• Direct-Hire

Qualifications for Sales Manager:

• 10+ years of in-field masonry and concrete experience (in both commercial and residential sections)
• Proven customer service experience
• Computer proficiency
• Expert skills of the trade, including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprints
