Key duties and details for Accountant:

• Prepare monthly journal entries and prepare annual department budgets
• Perform account analysis on all balance sheet, revenue and expense accounts
• Prepare and update agency wide grant/contract listing and report due date schedule
• Reconcile capital purchases and general ledger accounts
• Pay rate: $25-$33/hr
• Temp-to-Hire

Qualifications for Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the field of accounting
• Overall experience in AP/AR, financial statement analysis and bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
