Key duties and details for Help Desk:

• Quickly and effectively assist end users of Internet, telephone, and cable TV service with hardware and software support issues
• Assist with connectivity issues, email support, web support, telephone issues, security, and anti-virus, home networking and home broadband routers
• Pay rate $14/hr
• Schedule: 7pm-7am
• Paid weekly, direct deposit available

Qualifications for Help Desk:

• Must have experience with MS Windows (all versions), MAC, Linux/Unix and network configuration
• Must have experience with Windows Live Mail/Outlook/Thunderbird and common web browsers (Ie, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
• Hardware troubleshooting, including network interface cards, wireless cards, and broadband routers
• Experience with computer systems, data networking, communications, and helpdesk support is preferred
• Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or other computer related field preferred
• A+, and/or Network+ certifications preferred
