Key duties and details for Accounts Payable Lead:

• Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor in improving accounting reporting
• Assist Accounts Payable Clerk with invoices process, from collection to processing
• Review weekly, monthly and quarterly provisions
• Process credit card statements and statement reviews
• Maintain several databases and reports from fertilizer to transplanting reporting
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
• Pay rate: $18-$22/hr
• Temp-to-Hire

Qualifications for Accounts Payable Lead:

• Agricultural experience is preferred
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze information
• Accounting experience
• Experience with vendor relationships
• PC proficiency
• Data entry skills and general math skills
• At least 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and/or certification and/or Accounting degree
