Key duties and details for Grader:

• Understand produce grade standards and maturity characteristics
• Handle produce carefully to prevent bruising or damage to the product
• Cleaning and sanitization of the pack room
• Meet packing standards set out by the packing supervisor, line leads or quality control supervisor
• Understand and follow company Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety and Operations policy and procedures
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7am-3pm
• Pay rate: $14.50/hr
• Temp-to-Hire
• Paid Weekly

 Qualifications for Grader:

• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail 
• Must be able to work in a cold environment
• Heavy lifting required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be on-call for weekend, holiday and overtime hours
• Diploma/GED
