Key duties and details for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Data entry of accounts payable vouchers into accounting systems
• Reconciliations and reimbursements
• Organize and maintain all accounts payable, registers and journals
• Maintain lease files and set-up recurring monthly expenses
• Pay rate $18-$22/hr
• Temp-to-Hire
• Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
• Paid weekly

Qualifications for Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Must have knowledge of fiscal accounting methods, practice and terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field of study preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable or similar position
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
