Key duties and details for Financial Specialist:

• Confirm invoices, packing slips, and supporting documentation
• Resolve discrepancies with regards to vendor invoices, expense allocations and other financial transactions
• Support with preparing purchase requisitions
• Prepare expenditure reports as needed
• Daytime schedule, Monday-Friday
• Pay rate: $19-$21/hr
• Temp-to-Hire
• Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay)
• Paid weekly

Qualifications for Financial Specialist:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field of study
• Basic bookkeeping and math skills
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office
