Job Title: Floating Bilingual Staffing Coordinator 

Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm
Pay: $17-$18 an hour 
Benefits: M/D/V, PTO, 401k 

Location: Expected to travel between Roselle and Hanover Park locations

Job Description:

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual fluent in English and Spanish? Do you have a flair for recruitment and a commitment to providing top-notch service? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator for our Hanover Park and Roselle locations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our mission to match outstanding candidates with our clients' staffing needs, contributing to their growth and success.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, and our extensive database.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring candidates complete necessary documentation and feel welcome.
  • Database Management: Maintain our applicant tracking system, keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to the staffing team.
  • Candidate Communication: Keep candidates informed about their application status and address their inquiries promptly.
  • Client Relationship Support: Collaborate with our clients to understand their staffing needs and assist in coordinating the selection process.




Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment coordination role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems are pluses.
  • A genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel between locations
